As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable (if it is not already stated on our site) we will reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Please note that your card will be charged within 7 days since placing the order, even for backordered items.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, the product will ship normally within 1-5 business days from the date of your order. We ship through FedEx, UPS and USPS. Ground shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days depending on your location. If you want expedited shipping, please call or email customer support before placing your order. Please note that shipping during the busy holiday season may take longer than usual.
We will send you shipping confirmation within 24-48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. We will then send you the tracking number shortly after.
